Welcome to the Tallracks Community
Tallracks is more than just a platform—it’s a digital ecosystem built to empower creators, fans, and brands across the globe. It’s where music, video, storytelling, and culture intersect with community, technology, and opportunity. These Community Guidelines are here to protect that ecosystem and help you thrive within it. Whether you’re uploading music, distributing a short film, hosting a branded community, or engaging with your favorite artist, these rules ensure that Tallracks remains safe, inclusive, and inspiring for everyone.
By using Tallracks, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Violations may result in removal of content, account restrictions, termination, financial penalties, or, where necessary, legal action. We uphold a culture of fairness, transparency, and accountability.
02
Who These Guidelines Apply To
These guidelines apply to all participants on the Tallracks platform:
Creators who share, license, publish, and monetize original content
Fans who engage with, support, and follow their favorite creators
Community Owners and Clients who host their own branded environments
Brands and Sponsors partnering with creators or activating communities
These rules govern all content and behavior across Tallracks, including but not limited to uploads, posts, messages, fan interactions, storefront activity, virtual events, and community-based experiences. Everyone plays a role in shaping the creative economy—everyone is expected to uphold the same standards.
03
Our Core Principles
We operate on a foundation of shared values. These six principles define the heartbeat of our community:
Creative Ownership: You always own what you create. We support full control and attribution rights. No one may reproduce or republish your work without permission.
Copyright Integrity: Intellectual property must be respected. Use of copyrighted works without express permission is grounds for takedown, penalties, or termination.
No Pornographic Content: Tallracks is not a platform for explicit adult content. We prioritize accessibility and safety for artists and audiences of all ages.
Safety and Well-being: We protect the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of our users. Exploitative, harmful, or dangerous content has no place here.
Diversity and Inclusion: We celebrate difference—cultural, gender-based, generational, and creative. Harassment, bigotry, or exclusion is never tolerated.
Community Autonomy: Community Owners manage their own environments and have the authority to enforce these rules internally. However, platform-wide policy always takes precedence.
