Connect Account to Your Data

Updated over a month ago

Step-by-step Guide

Step 1: Select Channel

Connect your account to your streaming and social media channels so that you can see your fanbase and engagement analytics in one place.

Head to your Analytics section of the application by clicking the analytics icon in the left navigation bar. Click on either fanbase or engagement tabs at the top of the screen, and then click 'Connect Account'

You will be asked to login to the chosen channel with your login credentials to accept the permissions we request and to authenticate that the connected account is your account.

Step 2: Provide Spotify Artist ID

Provide your Artist ID or full Profile URL to your Spotify account:

ID Example:

Once your chosen channel has been successfully connected you can proceed to the next step. Please note a Spotify user account will not work, this needs to be a artist account.

Step 3: Understanding Connect Account Workflow

First time artists or artists starting their career will notice that when connecting your Spotify Artist ID that the system does not have your analytics readily available. No need to worry, we will be notified internally and our system will over the next couple of days start to sync your account with your data.

We're currently not collecting data for this artist, but we will add this artist to our priority sync list and we'll start monitoring them within a few days.

Make sure that you have at least one release distributed to Spotify, and that you add your correct Spotify Artist ID. You can retrieve this from the DSP once your first release has been distributed successfully.
